Carole Ridley

Carole Ridley is a principal of Ridley & Associates, Inc. and leads the practice for Strategic Planning and Project Management for Natural Resource Restoration and Resilience, and Land Use and Smart Growth Strategies. She has thirty years of experience serving local government, non-profit organizations, and private clients. For the past two decades she has been lead consultant for nationally and regionally significant salt marsh restoration projects, coastal resource management, climate resilience, land use, and economic development. She has authored numerous reports and studies on these topics. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics with honors from Trinity College (Hartford, CT), and a Master in Public Policy degree from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.

Scott Ridley

Scott Ridley is a principal of Ridley & Associates, Inc. and leads the practice for energy topics. He has more than thirty years of experience serving local and state government, non-profit organizations, and private clients. He has led interdisciplinary teams researching complex topics for litigation and policy formulation; developed studies, strategic plans and reports on a range of energy issues; led market efforts for groups of municipalities; and managed contract procurement and development of renewable energy systems. He is the co-author of the book Power Struggle: The Hundred Year War Over Electricity (Harper & Row, 1986), and has written numerous national reports, as well as articles for energy industry journals and mass market publications.
